The Crown Point development in Parker sold 16 acres to Costco Wholesale. The site will become the super warehouse chain’s eighth store in the Denver metro area.
The 152,000-square-foot warehouse is set to open in August and will include liquor and tire sales at the site at E-470 and Parker Road.
