Frontier Airlines filed documents with the bankruptcy court asking that vendors meet certain requirements for reclamation demands to be valid.
Separately, Q318 LLC and Wells Fargo Bank Northwest NA filed documents with the bankruptcy court in Frontier’s case asking that for continued use of certain aircraft equipment, Frontier be required to show that Q318 and Wells Fargo Bank Northwest’s interests in the aircraft are adequately protected. Q318 and Wells Fargo Bank Northwest are the lender and collateral agent in financing transactions involving four Airbus A318 aircraft.
