Catching 22 innings tightened up his leg muscles but loosened Yorvit Torrealba’s mind. He admitted that he’s been pressing too much offensively, and the San Diego marathon reminded him to keep everything in perspective. He crushed a three-run homer Monday night in the second inning. Six of his nine RBIs this season have come at Coors Field on two home runs.

“I was sore for a couple of days but I feel good now,” Torrealba said of his body’s recovery.
