A 21-year-old former lifeguard molested a 16-year-old girl currently working as a lifeguard at the Commerce City Recreation Center, police said.
Humberto Guerrero was arrested this week on felony charges of false imprisonment, unlawful sexual contact and criminal attempt sexual assault.
Guerrero is accused of accosted the girl in a mechanical room last Saturday, exposing himself and attempting to sexually assault her, Commerce City police said.
Guerrero had worked at the pool for about a year.
