Greeley police say Trinidad Salvador Damian, 56, of Ault was arrested when he returned for a dip in the same swimming pool where he had earlier allegedly groped two young girls and a woman.
The two 9-year-olds said they were touched inappropriately by a man they didn’t know in the FunPlex pool on April 6, but it wasn’t reported to police until two days later, police said.
On April 13, when Damian showed up at the pool, a lifeguard recognized him and called police. A woman has since come forward and said she was touched inappropriately in the pool by Damian.
Damian was arrested today and booked into Weld County Jail on two felony counts of sexual assault on child and three misdemeanor counts of sex assault/harassment.
