Everyone knows when John Elway is in the house. The former Broncos star arrived fashionably late Monday night to an ovation from the Pepsi Center crowd and took his courtside seat on the baseline next to the basket while the Lakers’ Lamar Odom was shooting free throws. While fans behind the basket couldn’t distract Odom from making his first shot, perhaps Elway’s arrival between tries had something to do with Odom missing the second.
