The dates for the 2009 Winter X Games at Buttermilk Mountain near Aspen will be Jan. 22-25, organizers announced today.
The event, which features competitions in snowboarding, skiing and snowmobiling, will start with elimination rounds Tuesday, Jan. 20. The daily events schedule will be announced later.
This will be the eighth consecutive year for the games at Buttermilk, and the current contract goes through 2010.
