Curtis Stone is TV’s latest cooking hunkand the Aussie is on his way to Colorado.
He’s the host of TLC’s “Take Home Chef,” where he picks up women in high-end grocery stores, helps them shop, goes home and cooks the meal and serves it to her and her sig other. People Magazine named him one of the sexiest people alive. He’s a regular on “Today.” And if you still don’t know who he is, he’s on “Oprah” today in the Sandwich Showdown. He goes up against Tyler Florence, with Padma Lakshmi declaring the winner.
Next stop — BAC (Builders Appliance Center) at 1880 W. Oxford Ave. in Englewood. On June 20, Stone will spend the day there, starting with a VIP luncheon ($125), followed by a cooking demo ($75).
This is a deal — considering women have offered $10,000 to have him cook dinner in their homes — in his underwear.

Tom Jen sen will conduct the Junior Symphony Guild’s full orchestra at 2 p.m. Saturday for “Peter and the Wolf,” with KOA’s Rick Barber narrating.
It comes down in the showroom of RV America (I-25 and Johnson’s Corner, Exit 254). “It’s like ‘Star Trek,’ ” says Jensen. “I will take an orchestra where no orchestra has gone before.”
But in an RV showroom?
“I swear, the acoustics are better than Boettcher,” he says. Lunch served 11 a.m.-2 p.m. And it’s all FREE!

Former Sen. Gary Hart is honorary chair of this year’s Taste of the Nation, which follows last year’s switch-up. It’s no longer a grazing event; it’s an extra fun dining throw down June 1 at the Westin with chefs and local celebs cooking for tables of 10. Chefs come in from Black Pearl, nine 75, Swim Club 32, The Palm, Vesta/Steuben’s and others.
Bold-name sous-chefs include Elbra Wedgeworth, Dennis Gallagher, Linda Alvarado, Hazel Miller, Patty Calhoun, Jake Schroeder and yers truly. I hook up again this year with Jennifer Jasin ski from Rioja.
