This mural, and the entire wall of the Rifle museum, is painted by local artist Nini Shroyer. She also painted the sign for my parents’ business, Outlaw Medical Arts, pictured below, which is three outlaws on horses, and it’s also in Rifle, just a couple of blocks from this painting.
