This rich and velvety sauce goes well with asparagus or even as a salad dressing. From Stonyfield Farm yogurt, makes 1 cup sauce.

Ingredients
1/2 cup plain yogurt
3 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon capers, drained
Directions
Combine all ingredients except the capers in a bowl and beat well. Fold in the capers and serve over steamed, roasted or grilled asparagus.
