Nuggets center Marcus Camby and league MVP Kobe Bryant were selected to the NBA all-defensive team Monday, along with Bruce Bowen, Tim Duncan and Kevin Garnett. Camby averaged a league-leading 3.6 blocked shots per game and was second in rebounds (13.1). This is his second selection to the team. Camby’s name was omitted from the all-star team, drawing the ire of former all-star Charles Barkley, who called it “a joke.”
