I am writing to commend the Avalanche for its choice of Tony Granato as head coach.
Not only did Tony demonstrate success during the 2002-04 seasons with the Avalanche, but he has a thorough and existing knowledge of the Avalanche organization and its players, providing the team with a great foundation.
He is an outstanding individual, which he has shown through his efforts within the community. He is an asset to Denver and the Avalanche, and I look forward to seeing him lead the team to success.
