A woman driving a U.S. Postal Service vehicle was killed today in a one-vehicle accident on a remote road near Conifer, authorities say.
The mail carrier, whose identity has not been released, was killed on the 9800 block of South Warhawk Road, said Trooper Ryan Sullivan of the Colorado State Patrol.
The accident is under investigation, Sullivan said.
