DENVER—Democratic congressman Mark Udall officially launches his campaign for the U.S. Senate with a four-day tour across the state starting Tuesday.
Udall begins the 15-town tour in Colorado Springs. The day’s other events include stops in Gunnison, Grand Junction, Craig and Denver.
Udall is campaigning for the Senate seat held by Republican Sen. Wayne Allard, who is retiring. His opponent will be former congressman Bob Schaffer, who is expected to accept his party’s nomination at the Republican Colorado convention on Saturday.
