If people will watch it, a network will broadcast it. And people — millions of them — have navigated to YouTube to watch a brawler named Kimbo Slice turn massive men into mincemeat. CBS is banking on Slice, featured in an upcoming issue of ESPN The Magazine (left), to headline a new Mixed Martial Arts series called “CBS EliteXC Saturday Night Fights” that debuts Saturday. “When you see the action in there, it’s too intense to look away,” said CBS cage-side reporter Karyn Bryant, a former CNN host and MTV VJ. “As a woman, maybe I’m a little more sensitive at times, going: ‘Uh, that guy’s a really great guy and I just saw him get beat up.’ That goes away quickly when you look at the intensity and athleticism and the beauty of what they’re doing in there.
