DENVER—Denver television stations KMGH and KUSA say a man accused of a sexual assault in Jefferson County has been arrested in California.
San Diego jail records show Kelly Farrington is being held on a felony fugitive arrest warrant out of Colorado. He is due to appear in court Monday. It was unclear whether he had an attorney.
KUSA reports he is accused in a sexual assault on a child in 2001 but that the warrant was issued within the last month.
