Boulder-based Rally Software Development Corp. said Tuesday it has closed on a $16.85 million Series C round of financing.
Mohr Davidow Ventures led the round with existing backers Boulder Ventures, Mobius Venture Capital and Vista Ventures each increasing their investment. Bryan Stolle, MDV partner and co-founder of Agile Software, joins Rally’s board.
