Beazer Homes has stopped building new homes in Colorado.
The Atlanta-based homebuilder will continue to have a presence in the Denver area until all homes are out of warranty. Structural warranties are managed through a third party and will not be affected.
The publicly traded company reported a net loss of $138.2 million last year.
