Colorado AFL-CIO executive director Mike Cerbo on Thursday filed a complaint with the secretary of state’s office alleging that the financial backer of a group that collected signatures for the right-to-work measure is violating state campaign finance disclosure laws.
The complaint alleges that Protect Colorado Jobs is illegally acting as an unregistered issues committee.
