RIO, Wis. — At least five people were injured when damaging tornadoes ripped through parts of Wisconsin.

The powerful storms swept across central and southeastern Wisconsin on Saturday with baseball-size hail and high winds. Authorities say roofs were blown off homes, and trees and power lines were toppled.

Flash flooding also was reported in areas.
