Peter Coors of Golden is among 12 new members elected to the board of directors of Ducks Unlimited, the leading waterfowl conservation organization. He previously served terms on the DU board and acted as its president from 1984-85. He later served consecutive two-year terms as chairman of the executive committee and board chairman.
Fun day for fathers.
Bass Pro Shops will conduct a Father’s Day Olympics contest Saturday featuring two-person teams of fathers and their children.
