Boulder police are looking for a man who exposed himself to a woman on the Naropa University campus Saturday.

The woman told police she was in a reception area of a campus building when the man entered and asked if he was at Naropa.

He then went out and sat on an exterior fire escape stairwell.

“She was at the front desk. There was a window that you could still look into the room. The woman reported that he looked through the window at her for some time,” said Boulder police spokeswoman Sarah Huntley.

When he came back into the building he stared at the woman and began masturbating.

She contacted campus security but the suspect fled before they arrived.

The incident occurred in the university’s Lincoln Building in the 2100 block of Arapahoe Avenue about 5:30 p.m. last Saturday.

Investigators have developed a composite sketch of the suspect and are asking for the public’s help in finding him.

He is described as a white male in his early 30s, 5 feet 9 inches and about 175 pounds with dark hair, a mustache and a goatee.

At the time of the incident, he was wearing a black baseball hat, khaki shorts and a black shirt.
