Denver police today released the sketch of a man they believe is preying on women home alone.
Investigators think the same man who forced his way into the home of a 62-year-old woman in the 700 block of South Harrison Street Monday is the same man who overpowered a 57-year-old woman in the 1000 block of Locust Street on May 28.
In both cases, he stole things from the home while the women were terrified hostages. Monday, he left in the woman’s 2007 gold Nissan Murano.
The man in break-ins is described as black, in his mid- to late 20s, six feet tall and 200 pounds. On Monday, the burglar was wearing a dark baseball cap, white T-shirt and sneakers.
