The DUI trial scheduled to start today for Broncos wide receiver Brandon Marshall has been postponed to Sept. 16.
Marshall was arrested in lower downtown on Oct. 22 on suspicion of drunken driving. He pleaded not guilty in Denver District Court on Dec. 18.
Marshall’s arrest came hours after he caught six passes for 77 yards in the Broncos 31-28 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers at Invesco Field at Mile High.
