NEW YORK — For the third time in two days, a vehicle plowed down pedestrians on a New York City sidewalk, this time leaving three bystanders injured and a driver under arrest.
The accident Saturday in Brooklyn’s Kensington neighborhood came a day after cars veered onto sidewalks at two spots in Manhattan, hitting a total of 17 people. Two were hospitalized in serious condition, and 11 others were treated for less serious injuries.
