Preparation time is 15 minutes from start to finish, plus at least 15

minutes for marinating. Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients

1/4 1/4 cup lime juice (about 2 limes)

1/4 cup chopped fresh

cilantro

2 tablespoons Dijon

mustard

1 tablespoon chili powder

2 teaspoons olive oil

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

4 tuna steaks (about 4

ounces each)

Directions

In a shallow bowl or pie plate, combine the lime juice, cilantro, mustard, chili powder, oil, salt and pepper. Stir well.

Add the tuna steaks, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or up to 8 hours. Heat a gas grill to high or prepare a charcoal fire.

Oil a folded paper towel, hold it with tongs and rub it over the grill rack. Grill the tuna steaks until browned on both sides and opaque at the center, about 5 minutes per side.
