The Colorado Springs Police Department is asking for the public’s in help finding a sexually violent predator who moved without notifying his probation officer or police.
Kevin Logan Alter, a registered sex offender, is required to notify authorities of any new address. His arrest record includes incest with a minor and sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust, according to Colorado Bureau of Investigation records.
He moved from the Aztec Motel, at 1921 E. Platte Ave., without contacting police.
Alter is 5-foot-10 with blue eyes and blond hair.
