RENO, Nev.—Josh Peek of Pueblo, Colo., won the all-around and tie-down roping titles at the 89th Reno Rodeo.

Peek said he would dedicate his all-around Silver Spurs to his father, Ray, who spent all week in Reno with him.

“This means everything to me,” said Peek, who won $11,758.

Other champions crowned Saturday night included Bobby Mote of Culver, Ore., in bareback riding, and Wade Sumpter of Fowler, Colo., in steer wrestling.

Other champions were Nick Sartain of Pilot Point, Texas, and Rhen Richard of Roosevelt, Utah, in team roping; Jesse Kruse of Great Falls, Mont., in saddle bronc riding; Mary Burger of Pauls Valley, Okla., in barrel racing; and Fred Boettcher of Rice Lake, Wis., in bull riding.

The nine-day rodeo offered $550,000 in prize money and drew 61,730 people.
