Mostly cloudy skies will bring a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms today, as the high temperature in Denver reaches near 85 degrees, the National Weather Service reports.

Winds out of the northwest will vary between 5 and 14 mph, remaining steady throughout the evening when the overnight low will dip to 59 degrees, according to the Weather Service.

Tomorrow in Denver, skies will stay cloudy but the chance of showers and thunderstorms will decline to 10 percent. The Weather Service forecasts a slightly warmer day, with a high near 87 degrees.

Temperatures will climb steadily after Tuesday. The Weather Service predicts highs above 90 degrees from Wednesday through Saturday.
