• Because of a reporting error, a story about Icebox Knitting on June 8 in Colorado Sunday contained incorrect information about the company’s ownership and location. The company is owned by Scott Baker and Josh McGlothlin and is in a craft house at 1840 Commerce St., Unit A, Boulder.
• The names of the children of W. Lynn Smith were left out of his obituary on Page 5B on Friday. They are Melanie Anne Smith Florence of Ivins, Utah, Kevin Charles Smith of Wheat Ridge, Brian Arthur Smith of San Francisco, Lynnette Claire Smith of Denver, and Shawn Evan Smith and Benjamin Harvey-Smith, both of Lakewood.
