Molson Coors Brewing Co. reached an agreement with Peter Swinburn on Thursday on a compensation package for his position as the company’s president and chief executive, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Swinburn will receive an annual base salary of $875,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus of $875,000, annual long-term share incentives valued at $2.5 million and 10,000 restricted share units and 20,000 stock-only stock-appreciation rights.
Chief financial officer Stewart Glendinning’s compensation was agreed to July 1. He will receive an annual salary of $500,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus of $375,000, annual long-term share incentives valued at $945,000, 5,000 restricted share units and other compensation.
