PITTSBURGH — A group of Quiznos franchise holders in southwestern Pennsylvania is suing the Denver-based company, saying it promotes “grossly inflated” company profits at their expense.
Quiznos general counsel says the federal lawsuit filed in Pittsburgh is a copycat action of one recently dismissed by a federal judge in Illinois.
