Of the 456 people Frontier Airlines plans to lay off this fall, the majority are pilots and flight attendants.
Colorado Department of Labor and Employment spokesman Bill Thoennes said Tuesday that Frontier told the state that the layoffs include 152 first officers, 169 flight attendants, 50 customer-service agents and 35 mechanics. The list also includes other positions, such as dispatchers, inspectors and aircraft-cabin cleaners.
