Greenhunter Wind Energy LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Grapevine, Texas-based GreenHunter Energy Inc., acquired a wind development project in southeastern Wyoming from Denver-based Wind Revolutions LLC. GreenHunter Wind Energy LLC will own 65 percent of the project and the Ignacio-based Southern Ute Growth Fund, a significant shareholder of GreenHunter Energy, will own 35 percent of the project.
