TOPEKA, Kan. — Westminster-based Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association and Sunflower Electric Power Corp. of Hays, Kan., will not fight the dismissal of a lawsuit by a Finney County, Kan., judge over two proposed coal-fired power plants in southwestern Kansas.
