A man has been arrested after allegedly stabbing another man to death during an argument early Thursday outside a Denver restaurant, authorities say.
Michael Cecil, 30, is being held for investigation of murder, said Sharon Hahn, Denver police spokeswoman.
“It was just an argument between two people, and one stabbed the other,” Hahn said. “Unfortunately, someone has died.”
The stabbing happened before 2 a.m. outside the Goosetown Bar, 3242 E. Colfax Ave., in a parking lot between the bar and Mezcal, a Mexican restaurant.
Cecil is a bartender at Mezcal.
