GOLDEN — Wednesday, the Jefferson County Planning Commission unanimously approved Denver Botanic Gardens’ plans to replace a temporary concert venue with a permanent one at its Chatfield location. Some neighbors of the site near C-470 and South Wadsworth Boulevard complained about noise and traffic problems at previous concerts. Gardens officials have agreed to some limits. The Denver Post
