A man has been cited for giving away free sunglasses in exchange for petition signatures, according to the Denver district attorney’s office.
Thomas Coombes, 47, has been charged with bribery of petition signers, a misdemeanor.
Coombes was arrested Monday and is in the Denver County Jail.
