Denver Water needs to close Waterton Canyon next week for routine maintenance that will take a couple of days, the utility said in a news release.
Starting on Aug. 6 at 8:30 p.m., neither the parking lot nor the canyon entrance will be accessible.
The park will reopen at 7 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 9.
