The U.S. 10th Circuit Court of Appeals on Thursday changed the scheduled date for oral arguments in its full-court review of former Qwest chief executive Joe Nacchio’s insider-trading conviction.
Oral arguments are now scheduled for Sept. 25 at 1 p.m. at the appeals court in Denver. The hearing had previously been scheduled for Sept. 24.
