COLORADO STATE UNIVERSITY: Graeme Stephens, a University Distinguished Professor who launched the world’s first cloud- profiling radar with NASA in 2006, has been named director of CSU’s Cooperative Institute for Research in the Atmosphere. Stephens replaces Tom Vonder Haar, who is returning to his research roots in the university’s Department of Atmospheric Science.

NETWORTH INVESTMENT PROPERTIES: Named Ken Haley to the senior management team responsible for broker training and development. Haley was formerly managing broker for an ERA franchise.

ADVENTOS LLC: Appointed Vernon Bettencourt, former deputy and acting chief information officer of the U.S. Army, to the board of advisers.

COOPER LIGHTING: Presented Rachel Petro of RNL a sustainability award in Cooper’s 31st annual national lighting-design competition. Petro received the honorable-mention award in the professional commercial category for the lighting of the Commerce City Civic Center.

JOSHUA & CO.: The Aspen affiliate of Christie’s Great Estates added Gary Kelly, Mary Anne Meyer and Julie Ellis to its team of real- estate brokers.

EWOMENNETWORK FOUNDATION: Presented Sarah Keith, a landscape architect for the city of Colorado Springs, the foundation’s Emerging Leader of the Year Award.
