DENVER—Democratic Party officials have called a news conference for Wednesday to describe how tickets will be distributed for Barack Obama’s acceptance speech at the Denver Broncos’ football stadium on Aug. 28.
Party officials announced last month that Obama would accept the presidential nomination at the 76,000-seat Invesco Field at Mile High instead of the 21,000-seat Pepsi Center, where the rest of the convention will be held.
The convention starts Aug. 25.
