Ingredients
2 cups granulated sugar
About 20 coffee beans
Directions
In plastic container with tight-fitting lid or large Ziploc bag, mix together sugar and beans, making sure beans are evenly distributed throughout sugar. Seal and let sit for at least one week, stirring or shaking every couple of days.
Use the sugar to sweeten whipped cream, or use in place of regular sugar in a devil’s-food cake.
