Niwot- based Crocs Inc. filed for an extension with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday, saying it could not “assemble and analyze” the quarterly report data in time because of “significant changes” in its business.
The maker of brightly colored rubberlike shoes announced last week a drop in profits from $48.5 million a year ago to $2.1 million for the quarter ending June 30.
