Colorado’s 32,000 state employees have voted to select Colorado Wins as their official employee organization, the group announced Tuesday. Colorado Wins is made up of three unions: the Service Employees International Union; the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees; and the American Federation of Teachers.
