Broncos center Tom Nalen took his first snaps in team drills today, his second day back on the field after missing most of training camp with an injured left knee. Nalen had the knee scoped in June.
But just because Nalen is back in uniform, that doesn’t necessarily mean he’ll play Friday against Green Bay, coach Mike Shanahan said.
“I would say no right now,” Shanahan said.
Shanahan said Nalen might play in a limited role in the final preseason game Aug. 29 at Arizona.
