MESA COUNTY — A Fruita man died Sunday after a bicycle crash.
The Mesa County coroner’s office identified him Monday as Neil Bradford, 56.
Bradford collided with another bicyclist about 10 a.m. Sunday, the coroner said in a news release. Even though he was wearing a helmet, Bradford died in surgery of head injuries he received in the accident.
