Grubb & Ellis Co. announced that Atmos Energy, a Dallas-based natural gas distribution firm, will occupy 10,762 square feet of the new SugarCube building at 1555 Blake St., the first lease on the property.
Developed by Urban Villages, the building is a mixed-use development, incorporating 37 apartments, first-floor retail, and 50,000 square feet of office space.
