The Denver District Attorney’s office has charged 24-year-old Tyson Cole with multiple felonies stemming from sexually explicit conversations over the internet with a person Cole believed to be a 14-year-old girl.
Cole initiated the conversations, sent pornographic images and arranged a meeting for sex with an officer pretending to be a young girl, prosecutors said. He was arrested by Denver police on Aug. 13.
Cole is charged with internet luring of a child, internet sexual exploitation of a child and presenting obscenity to a minor.
He is free on $35,000.
