A man has been arrested in an Aug. 20 death at bar fight in Pueblo.
Police said Adam Paul Martinez, 26, was taken into custody last night about 5:15 when they spotted him in his GMC Yukon.
An arrest warrant for reckless manslaughter had been issued Tuesday for Martinez in the death of Eugene Autry Clark, 30, who died after someone cold-cocked him outside Andy McCarthy’s Sports Grill on Jerry Murphy Road.
Clark was outside smoking a cigarette when three Hispanic men approached him. Witnesses said they argued briefly until one of them punched him once and knocked him out cold.
Clark died of the head injury at Parkview Hospital on Monday, police said.
Bond for Martinez has been set at $250,000.
